The Ayana Group strives to empower the next generations of Chaldeans through positive youth development in a safe and supportive environment, encouraging youth to become active, productive members of their families, schools and communities.

Youth in our programs have dramatically improved their behavior and are more confident at home and in school, raised their grades, built strong friendships with the right groups and avoided harmful substances that can harm them. They also gain the skills, knowledge and networks to identify and work towards their career goals.
